On 8th April 1916, this battalion was retitled as the 5th Reserve Battalion & on 1st September 1916, it was absorbed by the 4th Reserve Battalion. These dates make the deaths below a little strange as they are all after the date of the Battalion name change but still hold the original (3rd/5th) deignation.
