Son of Sir Heffernan Considine C.B. M.V.O. D.L. of Derk, Pallasgreen, County Limerick, Ireland. His brother Second Lieutenant Christopher Daniel Considine of the 5th (Service) Battalion, Princess Victoria's, (Royal Dublin Fusiliers) attached to 2nd Battalion, Princess Victoria's, (Royal Irish Rifles) fell 0n 24-05-1915 aged 27 & is remembered on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, West-Vlaanderen, Belgium.
